(The following is as quoted from Tampa Bay Magazine)
By entering a small storefront on Enterprise Road, it is easy to step into the exotic world of Sushi and other Far Eastern Delights. When you arrive you will most likely be greeted by Charlie Lam, the owner of Kaiko Sushi Bar & Japanese Restaurant. Charlie is always behind the sushi counter working his magical skills with seafood of all kinds. He is an artist of the highest caliber.
There are 17 different appetizers that range from traditional tempura items to sushi and sashimi appetizers, which give you an opportunity to sample several varieties of these specialties. Dinners are served with miso soup, a small salad and rice. There is Teriyaki of chicken, beef, grouper and salmon. The grilling of these items with their special sauce is healthy and delicious. But what we really came for was the sushi and we were glad we did. We let Charlie order for us and he prepared a selection for us fit for an emperor. The fish and seafood delicacies were delicious and there were some unusual tastes that spurred us on to trying even more.
